Ery Creator AI Factory is a private creator automation tool intended for use by its owner to prepare and publish original content to an authorised video channel.

2. Authorised use

The application may only be connected to Google and YouTube accounts for which the user has permission to grant access.

By using this application, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Content responsibility

The owner remains responsible for content published through the application and for compliance with YouTube policies, applicable laws and third-party rights.

4. Service availability

The application may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Third-party services

The application depends on third-party services including Google, YouTube and AI service providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when those services are used.
