Ery Creator AI Factory is a private automation tool operated by its owner. It creates, prepares and uploads original AI-assisted video content to an authorised YouTube channel.

2. Google and YouTube data accessed

The application uses YouTube API Services, Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. It may receive authentication information, including OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, required to perform authorised publishing actions on the owner's account.

The application requests only the permissions needed for its stated publishing functions.

3. How data is used

Google user data is used only to authenticate the authorised account and perform requested YouTube actions, including uploading original videos, setting metadata and setting thumbnails. It is not used for advertising, profiling or unrelated purposes.

4. Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored as protected repository or application secrets. They are not intentionally written into public source code, public logs or publicly accessible pages.

5. Sharing and selling

Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties. Service providers may process data only when needed to operate the application's authorised functions.

6. Retention and deletion

Authentication credentials are retained only while the automation remains authorised. If access is revoked or the application is discontinued, stored OAuth credentials are deleted from the application's secret storage. The owner may also request deletion by contacting the address below.

7. Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents the application from performing further authorised YouTube actions.
